> What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by credit/debit card. Payments are processed via trusted providers (e.g., PayTR, Stripe) with 3D Secure support. We never store your card details on our site.
> How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check status on our Order Tracking page. For help, email us at info@lovonta.com with your order number.
> Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can update your address before the order is shipped by contacting our support team. After shipping, changes depend on the carrier’s policy.
> What are the delivery times and shipping fees?
Standard U.S. delivery: 5–10 business days, Express: 2–5 business days. International shipping: 7–21 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, customs clearance, or severe weather.
> Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
> What if my package arrives damaged?
If you notice damage upon delivery, ask the courier to document it and do not accept the package. If discovered later, take photos of the product and label, then email them to info@lovonta.com for a quick resolution.
> What is your return policy?
You can return unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
> Which items are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products and items with damaged original packaging cannot be returned. For defective products, contact us for assistance.
> How can I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation via info@lovonta.com before the order ships. If shipped, the return process applies.
> Are your products natural/organic? Are they cruelty-free?
Our priority is natural ingredients and eco-friendly production. All products are sourced following cruelty-free principles. Ingredient details are listed on product pages.
> Can I use aromatherapy oils during pregnancy or around babies?
Essential oil usage varies per individual. Always consult your doctor before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or around babies/children. Ensure proper ventilation and never apply oils directly to skin without dilution.
> Is my personal data safe?
Payments are processed securely by authorized providers; card details are never stored on our site. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
> How do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are sent electronically to your registered email address. For business invoices, provide your company name and tax details during checkout or via email.
